LEADERSHIP MANAGEMENT & SUCCESSION PLANNING DEPARTMENT

The Leadership Management & Succession Department is one of the Departments under Service Policies & Strategies Office. The Department is divided into 2 (two) divisions namely: Succession Planning; and Leadership & Management Development Programs.

FUNCTIONS

  • Development of succession planning framework;
  • Identification of leadership positions;
  • Identification of potential successors;
  • Create/update succession plans;
  • Implementation of succession plans;
  • Developing and managing leadership development programs; and
  • Developing and managing management development programs e.g. Senior Executive Service Scheme (SES).
