LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

Learning & Development Department is one of the Departments under the Career Management Office, OHCSF. The Department is divided into three divisions namely; Training Planning & Evaluation; Curriculum Design & Development; and Development Programs.

FUNCTIONS

  • Training strategy/plan for centrally managed training;
  • Support MDA training delivery & monitor MDAs compliance;
  • Training needs assessment;
  • Organize centrally-managed training;
  • Orientation/Induction for Newly/Promoted Officers on GLs 07-10;
  • Training budgeting;
  • Logistics Management;
  • Training Evaluation;
  • Development and management of development programs such as coaching/mentoring, professional affiliations, etc;
  • Management of CAPAM;
  • Sourcing and coordination of study tour opportunities; and
  • Linkage with international development institutions.
