PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

Performance Management Department is one of the Departments under the Career Management Office of the Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation (OHCSF). The department is divided into two divisions namely; PM Framework Division; and PM Support Division.

FUNCTIONS

The Administrative Officers Department is saddled with the following functions:

  • Design, review and lunch the performance management policies and frame work; 
  • Initiate performance management activities across MDAs;
  • Review & update the policies, framework, tools and processes; 
  • Performance Management process advisory and support for assigned MDAs;
  • Coordinate the process through MDAs HR designate;
  • Collect, collate and report on performance management in assigned MDAs;
  • Provide PMS user support;
  • Monitor compliance;
  • Process promotion;
  • Process new hire confirmation;
  • Coordinate employee competency assessment using the competency model
