Overview:

The Information and Public Relations Department has the responsibility of establishing, maintaining and sustaining effective

public relations and communication management strategies between the Office of the Head of the Civil

Service of the Federation (OHCSF) and its public.

Departmental Activities

The Following are the  Activities of Information and Public Relations Department;

  •  Organizing press events such as conferences, briefings, media chat, media interviews, lunch/dinner with the media;
  •  Daily News review: electronic, print and online;
  •  Writing press invitations, press statements, rejoinders, feature articles, press releases;
  •  Advert placement;
  •  Production/ Circulation of in-house news magazine;
  •  Recording and production of event clips;
  •  Upload of photographs, video clips, press statements, speeches and other information for public consumption on the OHCSF/ Ministry of Information’s websites;
  •  Attend to media enquiries.
