The digitalization of work processes is a crucial factor in the repositioning of the Federal Civil Service for effective and optimal performance. To this end the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HCSF), Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, OON, mni, has enjoined Public Servants across the nation to embrace technology and sharpen their skills in Information Communication Technology (ICT). Mrs Walson-Jack gave this charge during an inspection tour of the 2024 Compulsory Confirmation and Promotion Examination (COMPRO) Computer Based Test (CBT) for the senior category officers.
