The HCSF also joined the Governor of Borno State, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum and the Hon. Minister of Health, Prof. Muhammad Ali Pate to commission Milestone Federal Medical Projects situated in the state. The Projects include a 3-1 facilities at the Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, and the Alh.
