Value Proposition policy being championed by the OHCSF has impacted on the lives of Federal Civil Servants in great deal. The Federal Government, through the Office has been able to assuage the impact of inflation on Workers by approving 40% peculiar allowance, which came to materialisation and implementation this year, 2023. It has also approved a 2-week Paternity Leave to male workers in the spirit of equity and fairness. Also, in its continued partnership with Ministries, extra-Ministerial Departments and Agencies (MDAs) and Private Sector Organisations such as the AIG Foundation, World Bank, Insurance and Assurance firms, capacity building Institutes (CIPM, ASCON, PSIN), private developers in the housing sector, Bank of Agriculture and others, Civil Servants are beginning to feel the dividend of civil service in numerous ways.
