The Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (OHCSF) has successfully trained 1,367 of its staff to enhance their knowledge, skills and attitudes for optimal productivity in their various work schedules.

According to her “The Human Capacity needs of staff are dynamically evolving in the Federal Public Service of today in the realities of a rapid changing World. For any Organization to attain its goals and objectives, it requires employees who are Efficient, Productive, Incorruptible and Citizen-Centred (EPIC) which is one of the goals of the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan”.
