1.  0 INTRODUCTION:

The Special Duties Office is a newly created Office in the Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation with the mandate of coordinating some Special Reforms conceptualized by the current Head of Service of the Federation (HOS).

The Office was formally established, in line with the provisions in the Circular Ref. No. OHCSF/112991/13 dated 14th September, 2017 on the “Organizational Re-design of the Office of the Civil Service of the Federation” with three (3) distinct Departments
