EMPLOYEE MOBILITY

Employee Mobility Department (EMD) is one of the four (4) Departments under the Career Management Office (CMO) of the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation. The Department is divided into four divisions namely: Career Planning & Advisory Division; Administrative Officers Division (AOD); Professional Offices Division (POD); Executive Cadre Management Division (ECM).

FUNCTIONS

• Provide advise on career options/possibilities;
• Career planning support;
• Provide support to employees on implementation of agreed career plans;
• Liaise with the FCSC on matters relating to Appointment, Transfer and Promotion in the Civil Service
• Conduct posting of assigned pools;
• Process request for Conversion and Advancement.
