Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System Department (IPPIS) consist of the following divisions:
1. Human Resource Management Information Service Division
2. Technical Division
FUNCTIONS
- Human resources/Personnel component owner;
- Biometric Enrollment, Validation, Personnel Audit and Recurrent re--verification;
- Confirmation, Promotion and Disciplinary issues management;
- Leave and Absence management;
- Mufti-level and Multi-format Nominal Roll;
- Exit and Termination management;
- Comprehensive Personnel Records management;
- Management and Statistical Reporting;
- Oversees the management of key fields of Personnel/Establishment Records such as date of birth, date of 1st Appointment;
- Oversees the day-to-day management of the Secondary Data Center located in the Federal Ministry of Finance building;
- Represented on the IPPIS Technical Working Group which acts as a technical advisory committee on technology/functionality selection, etc.
